Culver's has been rolling out Pub Burgers all year, and its newest one is a test that only some customers can order.
The BBQ Brisket Pub Burger is being tried at select locations for a limited time, and it adds smoky sliced brisket to the chain's burger formula.
What's on It
The burger starts with a toasted, cornmeal-dusted potato bun and layers on a beef patty, sliced brisket, Wisconsin Cheddar cheese, pickles, and a sweet barbecue sauce. As with all Culver's burgers, you can customize it with different buns, cheeses, or toppings, and you can order it by itself or as part of a Value Basket with a side and a drink.
Where It's Been Spotted
The burger has turned up at select Culver's restaurants in a few states, including Alabama, Ohio, and Michigan. Culver's hasn't said how many locations are involved or whether the burger will go nationwide, so it's worth checking with your local restaurant or the Culver's app.
Early Reviews
Early reaction has been mostly positive. One YouTube reviewer praised the soft bun, called the brisket tender and smoky, and gave the burger a score of 91 out of 100. Not everyone agrees on how well fast food brisket works in general, but the response so far looks warm.
The Pub Burger Lineup
This is the latest in a series of Pub Burgers Culver's has released this year, following the Colby Jack, Jalapeño Jack, and Fried Pickle versions. The chain said earlier that it would release four in 2026, so there's still room for one more before the year ends. A Buttery Parmesan version was also tested in some locations over the summer.
The Takeaway
If you live in one of the test markets, it's worth a visit to see whether the burger lives up to the early buzz. If you don't, you may have to wait and see whether Culver's decides to expand it.
