Caribou Coffee is getting an early start on the holidays, and this year's menu leans into a sweet, spiced flavor.
The chain's 2026 holiday menu arrives at participating locations nationwide on Monday, November 2, with new cookie butter drinks, returning favorites, and a few festive bakery items.
The New Cookie Butter Lineup
The headliner is the Cookie Butter White Mocha, available four ways. The hot version combines cookie butter flavor, melted white chocolate, espresso, and steamed milk, topped with whipped cream and crumbled cookie butter cookies. The Iced Cookie Butter White Mocha uses the same ingredients poured over ice.
The Cookie Butter White Mocha Espresso Shaker shakes espresso and cookie butter flavor with ice and finishes it with a splash of oat milk. The Cookie Butter White Mocha Caribou Cooler blends Cooler mix, white chocolate, cookie butter flavor, and coffee with ice, topped with whipped cream and crumbled cookies.
Returning Favorites
Several seasonal drinks are coming back. The Ho Ho Mint Mocha combines chocolate, espresso, and mint, and can be ordered as a hot or iced mocha, Caribou Cooler, hot or iced Crafted Cold Brew, Nitro, Espresso Shaker, or hot chocolate. The Spicy Mocha features ancho chile and cinnamon flavors with chocolate and milk, available as a hot or iced mocha, Caribou Cooler, Nitro, or Espresso Shaker.
The Cranberry Dark Chocolate lineup pairs dark chocolate and cranberry flavor, and can be ordered as an Espresso Shaker, hot or iced Crafted Cold Brew, or a blended Crafted Cold Brew. The Cranberry Energy Drink is a sparkling cranberry energy drink that can be customized with lemonade and a coconut milk cold foam topping.
New and Returning Bites
On the food side, the new Warm Spice Morning Bun is a flaky, buttery pastry rolled in a spice blend with hints of cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, and ginger. Returning are the Chocolate Truffle Brownie, a fudgy brownie topped with chocolate truffle ganache, and the French Toast Sandwich, made with cage-free scrambled eggs, sausage, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese between two slices of French toast bread.
Holiday Merch
Caribou is also offering seasonal merchandise for a limited time, including ornaments, tumblers, and a Ho Ho Mint Mocha candle inspired by its signature holiday drink. The holiday menu also comes with new cup designs.
Where and When to Get It
The menu launches November 2, and you can order in participating coffeehouses, at the drive-thru, or through the Caribou Coffee app for pickup or delivery. Items are available while supplies last.
