Halloween hasn't even happened yet, but Starbucks is already looking ahead to the holidays.
The chain has previewed its 2026 holiday menu, which arrives on November 5 with a new dessert-inspired coffee lineup, a fruity Refresher, and the seasonal classics fans look forward to every year.
A New Italian Dessert Twist
The headliner is the new Tiramisu Velvet lineup, inspired by the classic Italian dessert. It includes the Tiramisu Velvet Latte, available hot or iced, and the Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew. Both are topped with a velvet mascarpone cold foam and a dusting of cocoa and coffee.
A Lighter Option
For anyone who'd rather skip the coffee, there's also the new Apple Pomegranate Refresher, which combines crisp apple flavors with popping pomegranate-flavored pearls. A Snowy Apple version adds coconut milk for a creamier take.
The Returning Favorites
The holiday classics are all coming back: Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, and Gingerbread Chai.
What's New in the Pastry Case
On the food side, the new additions include a Bearista Cake Pop, a Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese, and an updated Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich. Returning treats include the Cranberry Bliss Bar, the Snowman Cookie, and the Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.
Merch Arrives the Same Day
Starbucks is also previewing its holiday merchandise, with several collections landing on November 5, including a Bearista line, retro Peppermint Mocha drinkware, and a Holiday Village collection.
Where and When to Get It
The full holiday menu arrives on November 5, 2026, and Starbucks says more details will be shared closer to launch. If you'd like to start the season early, select grocery and convenience stores are also stocking holiday-flavored Starbucks beverages, coffees, and creamers this month.
The Takeaway
With a brand-new dessert-inspired drink and all the usual favorites returning, this year's holiday lineup gives Starbucks fans plenty to look forward to. There's a little over three weeks to decide what your first order will be.
