Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup butter, melted

1 cup sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

4 cups sliced bananas

20 oz crushed pineapple, drained

8 oz cool whip, thawed

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup chocolate fudge sauce

10 ounces maraschino cherries

Directions

1.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.

2.

Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan to create an even crust layer.

3.

In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then spread over the crust.

4.

Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese mixture, covering the entire surface.

5.

Evenly spread the drained crushed pineapple over the banana layer for a fruity addition.

6.

Spread the Cool Whip over the entire dessert, smoothing it out with a spatula to cover completely.

7.

Drizzle chocolate fudge sauce over the Cool Whip layer for added sweetness and chocolate flavor.

8.

Sprinkle chopped walnuts evenly over the top to add a nice crunch to the dessert.

9.

Place maraschino cherries over the top, spacing them evenly for decoration and flavor.

10.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set properly.
