Culver's has built a cult following around its cheese curds, and now the chain is combining that fan favorite with its signature burger for the first time.
The new Smoked Cheddar CurderBurger marks Culver's first-ever flavored CurderBurger, launching alongside a lineup of cheese curd promotions running through the fall.
What Makes This Burger a First
The Smoked Cheddar CurderBurger features a breaded patty made from hickory-smoked Cheddar cheese curds, built into a Deluxe ButterBurger alongside beef patties, dill pickles, red onion, shredded lettuce, tomato, and mayo, all on a lightly toasted, buttered bun. While Culver's has offered CurderBurgers before, this is the first time the chain has introduced a flavored version of the cheese curd patty itself.
Jalapeño Cheese Curds Return Too
Alongside the burger, Culver's is also bringing back Jalapeño Cheese Curds, a spicier take on the chain's standard Wisconsin Cheese Curds. Unlike the burger, which is available now, the jalapeño curds won't hit menus until after the burger's run ends.

Culver's is also celebrating National Cheese Curd Day on October 15 with a happy hour special for Delicious Rewards members. From 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. local time, members can get cheese curds for $3, giving fans another reason to stop by during the promotional window.
