1 ½ oz white rum

1 oz orange liqueur

1 oz pineapple juice

½ oz lime juice

½ oz grenadine

1 slice lime

1 slice orange

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes to ensure your drink is thoroughly chilled.

Add the white rum, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, and lime juice to the shaker.

Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to properly mix and chill the ingredients.

In a chilled martini glass, slowly pour the grenadine so it settles at the bottom.

Strain the shaken cocktail mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a layered effect.

Garnish the drink with a slice of lime and a slice of orange for a tropical touch.
