Shake Shack's most indulgent seasonal menu is back, and this year it's bringing a brand-new item along for the ride.
The Black Truffle menu has returned for a limited time, featuring a sauce built around black truffle oil sourced from Umbria, Italy, alongside a new addition to the chain's sides lineup.

The 2026 lineup includes several truffle-forward options. The Black Truffle Burger features a quarter-pound Angus beef patty topped with fontina cheese, crispy-fried sweet onions, and black truffle sauce on a toasted potato bun, available in Single, Double, and Triple patty sizes.
For a meat-free option, the Black Truffle 'Shroom offers a crispy-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted Muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with shredded lettuce and black truffle sauce. The Black Truffle Shack Stack combines both the beef patty and the stuffed portobello mushroom into one loaded sandwich, finished with fontina cheese and more of the signature sauce.
